My America!

YES! It's finally happening! America has finally come to its senses, a grilled cheese restaurant!  I hope this arrives in a suburb near me very soon. This is exactly what we've been missing as a nation. Grilled cheese will bring us all together. Picky eaters, vegetarians, fun-lovers, the reasonable, vegans...I don't know, maybe there will be a vegan option? It's cheese so...there's that. They'd figure something out! I know it. I have faith in these grilled cheese peddlers. (My g-child, My, doesn't like cheese. I accept this about her and never push cheese or tell her she just hasn't had the right cheese. She doesn't like cheese. Deal with it.)

This is going to be a restaurant full of people that wish they could just order off of the children's menu everywhere they go. This is for me! This will be to me what Chipotle is to Matt. Oh and if there are fancy, gourmet grilled cheeses? Well, that will make everyone happy. Adventurous and safe eaters can finally come together and eat lunch!

It's finally happening, food is getting less complicated. Praise Cheesus!

(My may have a dairy allergy or intolerance, as I do--I have heard that nearly all people from east Asia are dairy intolerant. I am not from east Asia. I would have cheese if I could! Ice cream and chocolate too! This is probably why I am a tiny and skinny little person--all I eat are sticks and grass clippings. The vegan cheese options are, in my opinion, quite good. We are Americans even if we cannot have cheese! For example: we LOVE KETCHUP!!!! Even on sticks and berries. Yesterday the sheriff was down at the apartments, knocking on the door of the, um, trashy family in the corner apartment. They have 2 babies. The dude is covered with piercings and tattoos. He is about 4 foot 10 inches tall. His wife-GF-mother of his children is about 5 foot ten, skinny as a rail with enormous ENORMOUS bazooms. The landlord sez she is a stripper. In any case, THEY are Americans too. And the dead snake flattened on the road outside my house? It was American too. RIP big scary American snake....)

Praise Cheeus indeed! I love grilled cheese so much. Once during a particularly long, lonely winter I actually printed out a grilled cheese recipe and went to Lund's to buy all of the specific ingredients (bread, cheese and butter) and almost cried at the deli counter when the guy was like, you know this is just a grilled cheese, right? Anyway, rambling over. I love grilled cheese so much I wanna marry it. But only if ketchup is included.

Yeah, there mos def has to be ketchup and it better be Heinz.
For some reason I have absolute faith that this grilled cheese restaurant, that has yet to exist, will have vegan options.

the sheriff was down there again this morning! the place looks deserted....maybe they took off? stay tuned! what does that gal with nthe huge bazooms see in the yucky little guy with all the rings in his mouth, like he is a lucky fish who has escaped being caught 50 times? and will their children be exactly 5 foot 4 when they grow up? dang, where is KELLY, the voice of reason? I am into some random sh!t today...and BTW, the weird English dude also in the apartments? NOT American, and would I mind very much if he was deported? NO. Like the flattened snake, I would not be too unhappy about him being deported. I am writing a story about him instead....

It makes me happy knowing you now have what Matt and I have.

Thanks, Chipotle. I don't have it yet, but the thought of having it keeps me going.
