Walk Around The Block

Yesterday was a rarity. It was a nice day in January. It was around 40. StevO recently sent me a message about how Iowans treat temperatures compared with the rest of the country. 40 above zero: Georgians don coats, thermal underwear, gloves, wool hats. People in Iowa throw on a flannet shirt. Almost right! I wore a hoodie when I went on my adventure.
Ben recently posted all these pretty, colorful pics of North Carolina. We're far more gray and dirty here in Iowa. It's hard to remain unmiserable, but so far I've successfully combated seasonal depression by eating a lot of candy. Pass the circus peanuts.
