Hot Slut of Yesterday

The Friendship Pushing Manager at Jason’s Deli

My friend Heath and I could be classified as a bit socially inept. Small talk, inappropriate topics and using outdoor voices indoors are some of our main problems. But we’re trying! God love us, we’re trying to have a conversation with you like a normal person.

Anyways, we used to eat at a place called Jason’s Deli every Thursday. Good food, free ice cream. Fun times. Well they got a new manager at our deli. He was trying to push his friendship upon us. It started slowly, he’d tell us it was good seeing us again. He asked us how we were. FINE. Go ahead. Then he asked our names. He said he knew he would recognize us if he saw us on the street and wanted to know our names. We told him. He wanted more info about us. We didn’t know what to say. Leave us to eat in peace! I know. It’s friendliness, but it went TOO FAR!

So Jason’s Deli was banned. We’ve banned a place before. Wendy’s in the mall after they kept accusing us of working in the mall.

Yesterday we went to lunch with some coworkers/friends to get some bra shopping done. We decided we would give Jason’s another shot. Well we’ve learned our lesson. Friendship pushing overload. “It’s good seeing you guys again!” lingering by the table, “is everything tasting ok?” Ok. So the ban is back on. We will not tolerate your familiarity with us!

The manager at the deli loves you. ;) Maybe you should get friendly with him and ask him out, just give him a taste of his own friendliness.

He is OBSESSED with us. He needs to reel it in. He can sit and think about his behavior while we're busy not eating there.
